Add massive download items

Arles allows adding multiple download tasks only by copy & paste the collection of links.
You can apply a Filter during paste operation (in this example paste only RapidShare related links).

Paste is the only way to add links inside Arles Application.

If you are an IE user, Arles has a integrate feature on Internet Explorer.

This is the way to add and launch downloads directly from Internet Explorer web browser.

Url Discovering feature

Another usefully feature is the capacity of get all Url tags from an existing web page.
In this example we easily obtain all magazine files in Spanish from Microsoft MSDN Magazine site.

Video FLV discovery

Some Sites like YouTube pages get inside streaming of flash video files.
The .flv files there aren’t public located. Arles Allows getting and download the flv files inside YouTube and Video.Goggle pages. Flv downloaded files are easily playable with some player (like freeware Flv Player).

(In the same way, video url can be directly pasted on Download Tab, and get the same results.)

Write Disk Buffer

During high rate transfers is desire don’t write on disk directly, instead is recommended to use a memory buffer in order to avoid excessive disk quantity of operations.

The most important feature on Arles is the capacity of take full advantage of RapidShare massive premium file hosting.

Operation

Main Buttons

Start

Start Download items and change main state to Started.

State only can be two different values, Stopped and Started. In Started state every minute Arles revise the state of all items and re-launch downloads if it is necessary (for example after some connectivity broken).

Stop

Stop all downloads. Change the main state to Stopped.

Check

Check all links and resolve especial downloads. Don’t do any change in main state.

Menu File

Allow to save an open download lists in Xml readable format for each download the following information is saved.

Context Menu.

One Note

Arles allows adding some especial Note to a specific download. This feature is useful when the file have a password associated.

The notes are 1 to 1 associated to each download item, and the notes are saved when File Save operation.

Start, Stop and Check

At a difference with the main buttons, these actions apply only to selected items. These actions don’t change the main state on Arles Program.

Delete

Stop and delete selected items

Open Dir

Launch Explorer in the download directory for the focused item.

Lix.In Resolve Capacity

Some users publish theirs url with Lix.In protection. Lix.In adds a mask over a real url, maybe with captcha protection.
Arles has the capacity to easily request the captcha text and finally resolve the real url behind Lix.In.

Auto Update

Arles automatically checks during launching if there is a new version available. Click on Update button will replace the exe file that will run in the following execution.
